Little Lesson on the Seven Last Words

Little Lesson for mature learners is the perfect way to reflect on Jesus and learn about His seven last words.

This wonderful lesson written and created by Michelle of Thinking Love, No Twaddle blog is forty pages of reflection on Christ's seven last words during His passion and death. Created with young adults in mind, this lesson could be a very nice independent religion activity for mature learners  or it could be a reflective guided study with mom or dad.

The Seven Last Words are considered an integral part of the study of the Passion of our Lord, and are actually sentences uttered by our Lord from the cross. If you are not familiar with all the passages from our Lord, here are the seven sentences that will be focused upon in this Little Lesson.
Father Forgive them, they know not what they do.
This day you shall be with Me in Paradise.
Woman behold thy son, Son behold thy mother.
I thirst.
My God, My God why hast thou forsaken me?
It is consummated.
Father, into Thy hands I commend My spirit.

You will find the following in this lesson.

-A unique and engaging text filled with life and vigor
-Vibrant classic art, which brings the text to life
-Journal sheets to promote reflection
-Opportunities for discussion and a bit of language study as well.

If you are looking forward to studying the Passion of our Lord or in search of a spiritual activity for Lent, then this colorful, faith-filled lesson may be just what you are seeking.

Please keep Michelle in your prayers for improved health as well as thanksgiving for all the lessons she creates to share with home learners around the globe.

Blessings, Kalei
